SERVICE AGREEMENT

Polished Impressions LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned Client agree to the following terms of service.


SERVICE DELIVERY

We operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekend appointments available upon request. Our office welcomes your inquiries at (206) 771-0771 or concierge@pipnw.com.

To ensure seamless service, we require a secure method of entry (key, code, or lockbox), working utilities, and clear access to all service areas. We schedule appointments within specified time windows to maintain consistent service quality.


PRICING AND PAYMENT

Our pricing reflects your home’s size and specific cleaning needs. We keep things simple – payment is due when we complete our work. We accept all major payment methods through our secure system


SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans change. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, or when we can’t access your home at the scheduled time, will result in a full service charge. We’re always happy to discuss emergency situations.


OUR COMMITMENT

We are committed to exceeding your expectations with every clean. If any area requires additional attention, we welcome your feedback within 24 hours of service and will schedule a prompt re-clean to ensure your complete satisfaction.


SERVICE SCOPE

Our standard service focuses on residential and commercial cleaning. We do not handle biohazardous materials, exterior windows, heavy furniture, areas above seven feet, animal waste, dishes, laundry, or organizational tasks.


WORKING TOGETHER

To help us provide the best possible service, please secure pets, and ensure we have clear access to cleaning areas. Let us know about any special instructions 24 hours before we arrive at concierge@pipnw.com.


PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Our staff undergoes thorough training to provide quality service and maintain professionalism. If you wish to hire any current or former Polished Impressions team member directly within two years of their employment with us, a $1,500 placement fee will apply.


SAFETY STANDARDS

At Polished Impressions, we prioritize safety and adhere to professional standards during all services. During public health concerns, we adjust our procedures as needed. Please inform us of any household illness before scheduled service.


TERMS AND ACCEPTANCE

This agreement represents the complete understanding between Polished Impressions LLC and the Client regarding cleaning services. The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time, provided that written notice is given to the Client thirty (30) days prior to implementation. Such modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in service scope, pricing, scheduling policies, or operational procedures. Continued acceptance of services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
